- Search and find new locations requested by Supervisor.
- Responsible for managing lease agreements with land owners.
- Ensure the need for facilities (water, electricity, fences and security).
- Manage the extension of the lease with the land owner.
- Manage internet network, electricity and water availability.
- Ensuring the needs of security personnel are met in every warehouse in Indonesia.
- Ensuring the cooperation agreement runs well and correctly without any obstacles that cause losses to the company.
- Ensure the location is safe and obtain permission from all communities around the location.
- Can provide several candidate locations for Supervisor to choose with some complete information about the location.
- Responsible for lease extension, handover of location, over contract with land owner.
- Update the location to the facility team before the renovation process is carried out.
- Looking for new location information from internal team, facilities team, Business team and ACM.
- Diploma Degree in a relevant major.
- Experience as Project Staff minimal 2 years.
- Have good networking with property agency.
- Understand the lease agreement and contract.
- Have good analysis and budget calculation (RAB).
- Understand locations and area.
- Can drive a car and priority have driving license.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Internet).
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written.
