- Handling Special/Big, Medium Project and Existing System Enhancement
- BAU Support for Parameter Changes and 1st layer of support for BU Problem Solving
- Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement
- Identify Pain Points & Process Improvement
- Research and review to-be propose business processes
- Managing and documenting business and operational process
- Working closely with Business Unit, IT teams and stakeholders.
