Responsibilities
- Fundraise and M&A projects, which include:
- Creating a fundraising story and presentation slides
- Financial modelling & projection
- PMO in the due diligence process * Support in investor relations
- Support in strategic ad hoc projects from the C levels
- Should have at least a year of working experience
- Experience in financial/business analysis, modelling, projection
- Knowledge in financial reports & accounting principles
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactive
- Comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Prior consulting / advisory / VC / corporate finance experience will be a major plus
- Passed CFA level 1 will be a plus point
