Job Description

As our Corporate Finance Analyst/Sr.Analyst you will get a chance to directly involve in Amartha's strategic projects, with exposure to C levels and strategic partners. Deep analytical skills and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Fundraise and M&A projects, which include:
- Market research / competitor analysis
- Creating a fundraising story and presentation slides
- Financial modelling & projection
- PMO in the due diligence process * Support in investor relations
  • Support in strategic ad hoc projects from the C levels
Requirements
  • Should have at least a year of working experience
  • Experience in financial/business analysis, modelling, projection
  • Knowledge in financial reports & accounting principles
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Prior consulting / advisory / VC / corporate finance experience will be a major plus
  • Passed CFA level 1 will be a plus point
