Requirement:
  • Min D3 any majored Min GPA 3.00 in university
  • Has more than 1 years of Sales Admin/support experience
  • Has proper Excel skill
  • Has more than conversational English skill
  • Discipline in time
Job Description:
  • Making Inquiry, Quotation, Purchase order ＆ order confirmation
  • Making weekly sales reports from the system
  • Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery
  • Prepare documents for Invoice (Manual and Portal website Customer)
  • Check Invoice from vendor for send to customer
  • Control stock at warehouse and control stock forecast
  • Other related tasks as assigned
