- Has channel to Architecture Consultant, Developers, Contractors, and business owner.
- Computer literate (especially for MS Excel).
- Good in communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferably Japanese speaker.

- Maintain strong relationship with Architects Consultants, Developers, Contractors, and business owners.
- Gain information regarding project, processing, and the end result.
- Collaborate with sales team regarding the projects.
- Create marketing plan and monthly & yearly report.
