Job Description

Job Desc :

1. Installation, configurations, and support of IT End User Computing Device such as : PC Desktops, Laptops, printers (Deskjet / Laser-jet / Dot Matrix / Multifunction Printer), Projectors, Access control equipment, Network Devices (WiFi, Access Point, Client Swicth), scanners, IP Telephony systems, CCTV
2. First Level support for Troubleshooting Issues End User Computing Device mention in point 1
3. Coordination with the hardware vendor to resolve the problem related End User Computing Device
4. Installation of software and troubleshooting at End User Computing Device
5. Provide OS support & configuration
6. Troubleshooting OS Booting Problems
7. Managing disk/folder/printer sharing and permission settings on desktops & laptops
8. Installation of anti-virus and regular Patch / Patern updates
15. Assistance to users on desktop & laptops data backup (request base).

Specification Personnel : 1 Exp Service Desk Tools Ticketing Systems
2 Education Level At least Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1)
3 Working experience Experienced in IT Support, Desktop Engineer or the same field and role at least 1-2 year
4 Educational Background Computer Science, Information System
5 Communication skill Good communication skills with proficiency in Indonesia & English (Verbal and Written)
6 Customer handling skill Customer-oriented, ability to properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, Cool-tempered with ability to be patient to deal with difficult users
7 Leadership Skills Self-organized and response well while under pressure, Discipline and can work in after office hour if Needed
8 Teamwork Capabilities Should can work well in team environment, back-up and coordinate with each other, should be able to communicate well with teammates
9 Technical Skills Ability to diagnose and resolve more complex technical issue Ability to provide step-by-step technical
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Ability to solve more complex End user computing issue related to OS, application, telephony, printing system, CCTV
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
Ability to solve more complex networking issue related to Wifi and LAN in End User Computing Devices and trace routing to the networking infrastructure
