- Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Information Systems Management
- At least 2 years of experiences in the Information Systems development cycle
- Skilled in creating software development documentation
- Skilled in software testing (Scenario testing and automated testing), SIT as well as UAT
- Experienced in implementing Agile Development and mastering the scrum
- Good understanding the Concept and Implementation of Relational and Non-Relational Database Design, Agile Development, and Object Oriented Design Analysis (OODA)
- Good understanding in system design, User Interface (UI), and User Experience (UX)
- Have a strong problem solving skill, analytical and concept thinking
- Able to work in teams and communicative
- Willing to work on-site in Surabaya from Monday-Friday
- Handling project, starting from planning, team management/resources, making reports, as well as the evaluations.
