PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our client -- a Multinational Oil & Gas Company, who is looking for an excellent candidate based in Pontianak to be placed as Area Sales / Onsite Distributor Manager
Job Description:
- To collect field report, report new opportunities and competitor activities in respective areas
- To monitor marketing and merchandising activity/result and give feedback to distributors
- To Support Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) / Sales Supervisor to set up Monthly Coverage Plan, monitor and evaluate together
- To prepare report on distributor’s distribution activity and basic sales execution
- To involve in regular (monthly/quarterly/yearly) performance review with Key Account’s team and/or Distributor’s team
- To Support DSM/Sales Supervisor in people assessment and training required
- To assist Key Account Manager in new product development project and other specific Key Account project such as business development
- To analyze field report, new opportunities and competitor activities in respective areas
- To monitor marketing activities & operational activities, and give feedback to Key Account Manager / Key account respectively
- To maintain good relation with Internal – External, customer and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree from any field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales & distribution management (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or FMCG)
- Currently based in Pontianak or have experience as Sales in Pontianak
- Willing to be placed in Pontianak
