- Menerima dan mencatat sales order via online shop
- Membalas & merespon chat yang masuk via online shop
- Mengurus resi dan merekap pengiriman serta penjualan.
- Menawarkan produk di marketplace atau social media secara langsung (live)
- Memahami cara beriklan di Social Media / membuat content di instagram/Tiktok
- Melakukan Upload / Edit photo dan deskripsi produk di marketplace
- Membuat laporan penjualan online
Persyaratan
- Pria / Wanita usia 21- 30 tahun
- Min pendidikan SMA atau Sederajat
- Minimal pengalaman dibidang yang sama 2 tahun
- Bisa Komputer Internet & MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel) lebih disukai jika menguasai photo editing, copy writing
- Menguasai Ecommerce (aplikasi marketplace lazada, shopee, tokopedia dll)
- Jujur, dapat bekerja dalam tekanan, dan mampu bekerjasama dalam tim
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi secara verbal dan non-verbal
- Bisa membuat ide promo untuk menaikan penjualan
