What you will be doing:
· Oversee the operations ensuring all the guests are handled efficiency
· Be aware of happening in the hotel that may effect the role of Duty Manager
· Resolve guest complaints and ensure appropriate empathy
· Passionate about standards and provision of excellence in hospitality
· Ability to lead and motivate a strong team in FO Department
· Ability to apply a common-sense approach to problem solving and foresight to anticipate and prevent problems developing
Work Experience
Your experience and skills include:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Have the ability to prioritize workload assignments
- Having minimum 2 year experience in the same position
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skill
- Ability in responding a variety of work situation
