Job Description

Responsibilites :
  • Assisting SDM in monitoring vendor deliverables to user
  • Together with SDM to build partnerships and liaising with stakeholder in identifying customer (HR) needs and overseeing service delivery, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
  • Managing end to end contract process in liaison with related parties (GPS, Legal Compliance, RMG OR, HRSS ELC) and also maintain relationship with the vendors
  • Managing contract tracing in order to ensure the validity of contract
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree graduate
  • Having basic knowledge of vendor management/procurement process
  • Detail oriented person
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good time management
  • Experience as vendor management officer in Procurement Department would be an advantage
