- Assisting SDM in monitoring vendor deliverables to user
- Together with SDM to build partnerships and liaising with stakeholder in identifying customer (HR) needs and overseeing service delivery, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
- Managing end to end contract process in liaison with related parties (GPS, Legal Compliance, RMG OR, HRSS ELC) and also maintain relationship with the vendors
- Managing contract tracing in order to ensure the validity of contract
- Bachelor degree graduate
- Having basic knowledge of vendor management/procurement process
- Detail oriented person
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good time management
- Experience as vendor management officer in Procurement Department would be an advantage
