Role Summary: Manage communications with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of company developments.

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Manages both internal and external communications, including developing the content for and producing written and visual communications.

The internal portion of the work is focused on company-wide communications to employees related to organization values/strategy/performance and employee programs, policies, and tools.

Manages the organization's day-to-day advertising/marketing, media relations, creative editorial, and design services.

Advises top management on development of communications policies and advertising programs, and the management of public relations issues.

Create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity.

Manage external communicate with the media and other interested parties for announce of business news and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

A degree in the related job field.

At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.

Willing to relocate to the job location.
