- The Restaurant/Room Service/Bar Operation performs his function within the framework defined by the Food & Beverage Manager, the hotel’s Policies & Procedures and following the country’s laws and regulations.
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the Restaurant/Bar/Room Service and banquet by analyzing and planning restaurant/bar/room service and banquet sales levels and profitability
- Effectively identifies restaurant/bar/room and banquet service problems through reports and can ideate & execute to resolve the same
- To ensure the assistance is being provided at all times to customers and guests and their stays are comfortable and memorable.
- Minimum 2(two) years experiences in the same position
- Busines acumen (business seek, proposal and implementation)
- Good Communication and problem solving skilled
- Good planner and evaluator related FB Operation
