Food & Beverage supervisor will support the Restaurant/Bar Manager in managing the day-to-day operations, in order to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company’s operating criteria and performance expectations. The person schedules servers, supports and supervises them to make sure the established standards are implemented and the expectations of the guests are exceeded. As part of the Supervisor’s development, tasks delegated by the Manager will be frequent.
Work Experience
- Min 1 year experience as FB Supervisor / FB Captain
- Good managerial, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Have computer literacy
- Able to communicate effectively in Indonesia and English
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
