Job Description:
  • Managing end-to-end of all events in Sunday Indonesia from planning, hosting, reporting, budgeting, and sponsorship to achieve the company's objectives including but not limited to lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead Sunday Carnival event series to align with Sunday brand guidelines and marketing prioritization.
  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
  • Handling budgeting and invoicing.
  • Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
  • Negotiating sponsorship deals.
  • Handling logistics.
  • Updating senior management.
  • Managing branding and communication.
  • Developing event feedback surveys.
  • Obtaining permits.
  • Handling post-event reports.
  • Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Lead promotional activities for the event
  • Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
  • Approve all aspects before the day of the event
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from any background
  • Proven experience as event manager
  • Communication and marketing skills..
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Highly Organized.
  • Multi-tasker.
  • Good time management.
  • Expert interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in project management
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Computer savvy: proficient in Jira and Google Workspace is preferable
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
