・Manage equipment and machine
・Manage and maintain tools, equipment and machine used during projects while adhering to safety standards and company policies and procedures to avoid accidents or project delays
・Manage the production department
・Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 10 years as Production, handling Flexo Printing Process, with 2 years as Assistant Manager
・Highly experienced and knowledgeable in film production and flexo printing process
・Experienced in handling large numbers of subordinates (staff, senior staff to operator level)
・Good leadership skill, good management skill, good interpersonal skill, highly responsible, proactive, smart, excellent problem solving skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Working experience in Japanese manufacture
・Able to join asap
