You Will...
- Manage end to end strategic and operations process for beauty advisor and e-beauty advisor (livestreams)
- Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand to the application technics and Brand standard to better advice clients.
- Implement global or customized training programs
- Participate in the development of new training actions
- Make qualitative feedback on our products sell out
- Contribute to improve our products sell out in line with brand strategy
- Keep an eye on competition and report information
- Minimum a bachelor degree from top-tier university
- Proficient in English
- Having at least 3-4 years of experience in training/education department
- Familiar with beauty and cosmetics industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Having a dynamic and agile personality
- Exposure in online livestreaming BA management will be a plus
