An exciting General Manager - Refinancing job has just become available at SEA's largest autotech financial services business based in Jakarta.
About the General Manager - Refinancing Role:
You will build the strategy to create a profitable business vertical in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing business operations end to end and holding P&L responsibilities
- Liaising with lenders like banks, financiers and managing the business relationship
- Collaborating closely with product, technology and operations
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborating and engaging with legal and compliance teams
- Focusing on technology-enabled solutions for institutionalising key processes and policies
- Reviewing the performance of the business and ensure timely feedback and guidance
Key Requirements:
- At least eight years of experience with proven work experience as a P&L manager or relevant role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team management experience
- P&L management
- Biz product understanding
