- Creating and managing the HR system, including building the KPI, salary bench-marking, and organizational development
- Driving changes and new initiatives within the organization
- Work closely with board of directors and senior management to ensure highest productivity while at the same time creating structure for the organization
- Creating from scratch the HR system for the whole organization across Indonesia, including but not limited to job grading and organizational structure.
- Hands on in handling end-to-end HR operational and administration
- Proposing ideas to improve HR function
- Travel to branches and business units across Indonesia to create a standardized system and regulations
The requirement for successful candidate is:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Exposure and experiences in change management
- Previous experience in setting up the HR system from scratch
- Comfortable in working as an individual contributor as well as leading a team
- Hands on with end-to-end HR function, from recruitment to termination
- Strategic mindset to create and build new policies
- Able to create from the ground up, including job levelling, KPI creation, salary benchmark, and job division
- Proven record of handling HRIS
- Good negotiation skill
- Good communication skill
