We are now seeking a position as a Project Engineer who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Responsible of end-to-end project delivery in FMCG Factory (innovation, savings, SHE, and capacity projects) from the planning, basic design, detailed design, installation, and trial & commissioning.Identify losses and conduct remedial actions against abnormalities.
- Control and trouble shooting project operational and project cost (capital expenditure).
- Responsible for electrical & automation engineering solution implementations on capital projects.
- Responsible for end to end delivery of the project of packaging & filling process
- Close working with other business functions (Process Technology, Quality Assurance, Packaging Development, Operation, Commercial teams) to ensure seamless installation and start-up of new projects
- Directly manage subcontractors under as Manager layer
- Reports directly to the position of Regional Project Manager (expatriate user).
- Graduate in Electrical engineering from Tier 1 Engineering schools with Automation specializations.
- Broad experience of minimum 6 years in executing GMP processing projects in Hygienic products / Pharma sectors.
- Knowledge of automation in process and packaging (filling ,capping , labelling machine) technology, GMP and hygienic design compliance, late product differentiation process technology, waste management, estimation of civil, plant and machinery, electrical and utility costs are essential attribute
- Detail, analytic, systematic and native speaker in English
- Wlling to be based at Bogor - West Java
