- Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data, logic, and user empathy
- Develop trusted relationships with engineering, business, and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner to them
- Understand that "one size doesn't fit all" and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible
- Be in the details. Know your team's work and partner team's work in depth and understand impact for your team and stakeholders
- Define scalable processes for the team to follow resulting in efficient delivery, better communication and feedback cycles

- 3-4 years of product management experience in delivering highly successful and innovative products
- Understanding of Fintech P2P Lending industry & system
- Experience in leading the product team will be a plus
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions
- Nuanced understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes, and partner effectively with those teams
- Strong communication skills to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plans forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management
