Job Responsibilities
♦Make retail material for both internal & external (tenant candidates)
♦Approach retail tenants and coordinate with retail consultant
♦Maintain budget, schedule & deadline
♦Handling contract and negotiation with tenant candidate
♦Other related tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Good command in English speaking and writing
・Bachelor Degree from any major ( reputable University in Indonesia / overseas )
・Experience in Retail Development, Business development or Retail Agent more than 5 years
・Can operate Microsoft office program (word, excel, power point)
・Has a basic knowledge of retail operations and leasing
・Has a good network to approach retail tenant
・Proficient in English & has a basic understanding of Technical drawing
