- Develop and implement best practices to drive consistenly high scale as well as efficiency across Facebook, Google, Tiktok, and Ad Networks
- Optimizing the Performance Marketing Funnel in order to increase the user growth
- Launch successful marketing strategies through insights and case studies
- Work with solutions support, product and data teams to identify and solve issues blocking performance
- Analyze account performance to identify, recommend and implement optimization techniques and strategies to meet goals and expectations
- Executing and distribute marketing collaterals through various digital channels
- Ex. Digital or Creative Agency is preferable and a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, advertising, or related field
- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience inthe same field
- Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology, including: Meta, Google, & Tiktok Network based advertising
- Had experience working in a high place environment to drive business result
- Strong analytical mindset, including forecasting and tracking against funnel metrics, daily reporting, A/B testing and through analysis
- Experience focused on performance, including CPC Search, Social, Display / Programmatic, Affiliates / CPA Partnerships, and/or Mobile App marketing
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator
