Requirements:
- Proven working experience minimal 5 years in project management
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineer, Management
- Experience to handle large project in construction industry, most preferably in mining & IT
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellence Supervisory Skill, HSE, Project Ms Office
- Experience to handle 2-4 project in parallel period
- Experience working on site area
- Having good knowledge IT Network
- Advance using of MS Project application and S - Curve report
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Preferable PMP/Prince2/other Project Management Certification
- Advance communication and written in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- To be able plan, budget, monitor and report on the project with project management tools, sometimes pitching the idea of the project or being assigned to it once it's already been approved.
- To run the project on time, in scope, under budget and meet the quality requirement.
- The bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project.
- Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
- Ensure all activities to support project implementation are available effectively and efficiently
- Provide accurate, effective and efficient cost with the CPI =/
- Ensure the project run smoothly and the SPI =/
- Ensure the reporting document are available according to needs
- Ensure the best quality, competitive price and on time delivery from the right vendor / supplier
- Ensure the suitability of subordinate quality and quantity with working unit needs.
- Ensure resource availability in project implementation
- Ensure to meet the quality objective and gain customer satisfation.
