- Assist Manager Power Plant in operation of entire plant (Coal Fired Boiler, Steam Turbine Generator, Belt Filter Press etc.)
- Assist Manager Power Plant for controlling raw material consumption & chemical usage.
- Take necessary action & instruct sub ordinate in case any trouble of equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with other departments and planning for shutdowns and overhauls.
- Monitor the ongoing development programs (SAP, RCM, MEP) and to ensure the timely progress.
- Ensure good efficiency of employment and provider effective leadership and communication.
- Practice safety, house keeping and environmental protection in accordance with the company regulations.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Power Plant Operations, preferably coal fired power plant with more than 300 MW capacity.
- Having knowledge in operating Super-critical Coal Fired Power Plant is a plus.
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the relevant equipments.
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, and PTW system
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
