The Role
- You will be responsible to deliver the agreed upon service to clients with a specialized focus comprised of trained professionals
- Uphold the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
- Work closely with the Client Relationship Managers to resolve issues specific to their area of focus
- Identify opportunities for increasing the value of service to clients
- Perform quality assurance of programme documents and client-related inputs including file administration, premium collection, data report preparation, and invoice billing
- Act as the interface between Sales & Client Management, Broking, Technical Support, Client Facing Support, and Operational Support
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Strong analytical,quantitative, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Meticulous, resourceful, and insightful with a structured thought process
- Strong project management skill
- Ability to build relationship and networks
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoints
- Strong English language skill, both written and oral
