- Construct and implement SEO strategies - leading a team of SEO Specialists, Web developer and Content Writer to help in executing the strategies
- Conduct relevant activities to help SEO performance: keyword research, website audit, review issues and propose suitable recommendations moving forward
- Optimise platforms such as website content and landing pages
- Create report based on collected data and traffic for analysis needs
- Stay updated and relevant on SEO and marketing trends for implementation in strategies
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant fields
- At least 4 years of experience in the SEO function - good analytical mindset and strong with numbers
- Experience in leading and managing a team is highly preferred
- Knowledge of SEO practice, HTML/CSS and SEO reporting & Audit
- Ability to perform using web analytics and SEO tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia - both verbal and written
- Organised and has great attention to details
- Take ownership in leading the SEO function at an MNC
- Stable industry with great scope for exposure and career progression
