- Upholds a flawless impression and perception of the property's products, services and colleagues
- Establishes the foundations of Housekeeping operations through details planning of work maintenance schedules, supervision of the team and proper organisation and delegation of duties
- Ensure all rooms are well maintained and cleaned according to standards
- Conducts room checks on cleanliness before room is released for new arrivals
- Inspects occupied rooms
- Ensures guests corridors are clean, well maintained and neat at all times
