YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing internal/external sales force including local channel partners with operational marketing and technical content support (e.g. through field events, promotional trials, etc.)
- Serve as the key marketing contact for assigned sales district, ensuring effective implementation of go to market strategy, including customer segmentation and tactical marketing plan.
- Coordinating interaction with growers for field trials, demonstration and other local face to face promotional activities.
- Support definition of product value propositions through field work and interaction with growers.
- Identify market opportunities for customer engagement on a face to face level.
- Feed field level observations to relevant members of the customer marketing team.
- Implement local promotional activities (e.g. promos, dealer/grower events) in concert with relevant Marketing Communication and/or Sales Territory Manager.
- Successfully support the sales cycle within designated region/district/territory : planning and strategy of strategic brands and their adoption to local level; Regional/Territory wise promotional input budgeting. Framing the key product/segment projects, monitoring their implementation; Planning and distribution of extension inputs region/territories; Watch competition and run counter extension strategies; new crop segment identification for strategic products; Market Information and customer profile of the region.
- Bachelor degree with agricultural background
- At least 5 years field experience (agronomy, marketing and networking)
- Skill on microsoft office particularly MS. Excel
- Having digital capability and mindset
- Having business development background
- Ability to coordinate activities of cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
