What You'll Do:
  • Developing modules, content material, key and objective assessments, documents and goals for management Development Program (MDP) / On the Job Training (OJT)
  • Conducting learning, educational and training for candidates
  • Developing competency-based training and do evaluation
  • Developing, as needed, instructor-led classroom training, on-line learning, and assessments tools to augment OJT program
  • Reviewing existing OJT training content, design and implementation for effectiveness and providing guidance and /mentoring to subject matter experts, area Quality Trainers, and other members of the training team
  • Collaborating with functional BU's and other internal resources to identify training needs and recommending strategies related to OJT training development and implementation
  • Assists in analyzing and assessing performance of individuals or group
  • Coordinate schedule, budget and any resources that needed related with OJT program
Requirements:
  • A key requirement for the ideal candidate is to be familiar with competency framework and has solid experience in training system establishment
  • You will be ideally a hands-on involved and down to earth candidate
  • Able to determine training objectives, developing, delivering and do assessment in both one-on-one and group
  • Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools (as needed)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
  • Expertise in designing all kinds of PowerPoint presentations, Slideshows and PDF Deck
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of coordinating training activities within a regulated industry (Multifinance, Bank, P2P lending or Other Fintech)
