Persyaratan
  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable University.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skill.
  • Good in English, both oral and written.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management from Telco Company.
  • Could operate Project Management tool like primavera , Microsoft office (Project, VISIO).
  • Able to work under deadlines and result-oriented.
  • Good cognitive and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in multitasking and challenging environment.
  • High achiever.

Tanggung Jawab
  • Drive project execution including track project activities, monitoring and controlling all project progress and deliveries, handle the changes and the conflicts and do the escalations.
  • Establish a consolidated demand function for all types of core services delivery engagement which will enable the delivery organization to dimension more effectively and drive synergies to achieve project goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality.
  • Handle the customer and stakeholder engagement including focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer and other important project stakeholders, manage customer relationship, building confidence and trust, ensure project progress, arranging meetings and customer events.
  • Active control and monitoring project financials and securing proper planning, to enable clear visibility of project status/progress and numbers. Enhance organizations KPIs and business targets.
  • Responsibility and accountable for the Project Performance/Operation Reviews and Project Steering Group meeting (OSG) and reviews.
  • Develop the business by participate in contract preparation and actively involved in presales activity and process.
  • Responsible to prepare and review risk analysis along with risk mitigation and dependencies.
  • Responsible to prepare effective progress monitoring and control as integrative effort especially during establishment, realization and hand-over phase to maintain under control cash-flow for the project.
  • Develop the Customer Project Manager (CPM) discipline by simplify business process, methods and tools with innovative ideas.
  • Follow up and reminder to Regional Project Manager & PIC for all documents that are not running normally progress.
  • Reporting daily to customers regarding the progress of the project.
  • Make schedule and arrange meetings with vendors to discuss project progress.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Monitor everyday progress and performance from vendors for projects.
  • Processing data with Excel formulas (Vlookup, PIVOT).
  • Collect document projects and input database to program.
  • Supervise the project's execution and deliver project with agreed timelines and budget.
