- The Senior Investigator is responsible for conducting investigations in accordance with legal requirements and company policies, along with managing and supporting the company's overall programs, systems and policies that are designed to identify and respond to incidents of theft, fraud and other criminal or unethical activity. Additionally, the Senior Investigator maintains records, manuals and documentation related to investigations.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is desired.
- Strong current work experience conducting interviews and interrogations is needed along with broad general knowledge of economic fraud, theft and crimes commonly experienced by businesses, which include common methodologies of perpetration, prevention and detection. International investigative experience is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all internal and external business partners. Solid analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills are essential. The ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound business decisions is critical.
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Big 4 experience within FORENSIC IS A MUST
- Preferable if you have Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) / Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) License.
- Experience with accounting and financial procedures, thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Understanding of forensic auditing procedures, excellent numeracy skills with an ability to spot inaccuracies
