Responsibilities:
The job is mainly to support the finance team, which includes but not limited to:
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Generate and send out invoices
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
- Majoring in Accounting / Finance
- Female at least 5th semester in the university year
- Reside in Jabodetabek Area or available reside in Jabodetabek Area during internship period if you reside in outside Jabodetabek Area
- A team player
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Have a desire to learn
