The Role:
As Head of Marketing, you will lead a team of Digital Marketers and be responsible for building relationships and overseeing clients' digital marketing activity, with a primary focus on ecomm platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia). This is an outstanding opportunity to become a go-to person in all aspects of Digital Marketing covering: marketing strategy, media planning & optimization, creative services, and content. In your role, you will be expected to provide holistic advice to clients on our digital offering based on their objectives and ambition, whether it is eCommerce or brand related. Success in this position requires having a broad knowledge of media channels such as Google Search, Facebook Advertising, Instagram, and Social Media, plus creative and content solutions (social media management, live streaming, creative services, etc). Also having an understanding of how platforms like Tokopedia, Lazada, and Shopee work is vital to your role.
In this crucial role, you will be expected to be top-notch in marketing and work closely with both the Business Development and Category Management teams to understand customer requirements. A key component is to be able to work closely with various internal and external departments including, but not limited to, Key Account Manager, Performance Marketing Specialists, Production, Design, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and planning for your marketing campaigns. You are the first point of contact for the digital marketing know-how of the company. We look for candidates who enjoy solving problems and building new initiatives.
This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with Brand partners/Clients, platforms (ie. Lazada and Shopee), and digital partners (ie. Google, Facebook, Line), counterparts, and brands partner.
- Overall responsibility for the ID Marketing Solutions Clients, as client lead
- Develop and mentor the Performance Marketing Team
- Grow account adoption of different Marketing Solutions and Insights Services
- Deliver expert recommendations on the best use of digital marketing services
- Develop strategic digital plans
- Provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term marketing results
- Ensure all brand KPIs are met from a marketing perspective
- Collaborate with the management team on new marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing
- Strong analytical skills and making suggestions based on perceived data
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop a brand eCommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
- Experience in developing digital campaign plans across brand and acquisition objectives
- Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
- Experience working with creative and content teams
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good excel and PowerPoint skills
