The purpose of the role is to :
To manage end to end UI merchandiser (monthly briefing, monitoring KPI achievement, etc).
Weekly monitoring on distributor store penetration as per target by right SKU to the right channel.
Managing end to end claim for local invoicing: ensuring budget uploaded to system, monitoring claim process, and manage completeness of the claim documents from distributor.
Finance management
Merchandiser :
Create monthly activation brief for merchandiser in collaboration with marketing & KAM HABA that contains key campaign of the month, product knowledge, selling story, and KPI.
Create monthly visibility brief for merchandiser & KPI.
Bi-Weekly monitoring on KPI achievement in activation and visibility.
Set monthly UI Merchandiser meeting to share key campaign of the month on activation & visibility and share the result from the previous month and get learning.
Mapping the key stores with number of merchandiser and setting merchandiser daily route and align with KAM team.
Store Penetration :
Set the target store penetration for SKU transition from previous distributor, Core SKU, and NPD as aligned between KAM & Distributor.
Create weekly monitoring call with Distributor on the target achievement by each SKU and action needed to achieve that.
Claim SKU :
Checking budget Upload from Finance in the system.
Monitoring Template have been submitted.
Budget Monitoring by fund type and by category.
Check Claim document completeness.
Update monitoring claim by category.
Submit & Monitoring claim until fully approved.
Submit a claim to finance for the posting process.
Confirm to distributor that the claim process has been posted.
Requirements :
Open for 6 months project based.
Bachelor Degree & 3+ years of working experiences in related field .
Ability to seize the big picture and to deep dive into details.
Expert in Excel or SAP or Power BI.
Experience to operate on a cross-national scale and develop remote management.
Distributor business & Merchandiser business partnering experiences.
