We believe a strong finance team plays a part in creating a healthy organization. As our Finance AR Officer, you will be responsible to performing the entire process of collecting payments from customers. Key responsibilities of this role include managing invoices, handling missed payments, and working closely with Senior Lead AR Finance to ensure smooth operations.
Job Description :
- Managing all accounting receivables and incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting, and storing data on receivables, sales, and merchant settlements
- Ensuring all payments are accounted for and properly documented both daily and monthly
- Managing bundling on CRM
- Doing reconciliation of all income / revenue
- Updating list of accounts receivable reports
- At least 3-4 years of experience as Account Receivable
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance
- Proven experience in SaaS, startup, e-commerce, or technological company will bepreferred
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
- Fast learner and ability to adapt
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
