The Shiny Happy Person
- Your role is critical to the success of the hotel and you are responsible for creating a memorable guest experience, by providing the highest level of service which is unique and personal.
- You will deliver a prompt, personalized and courteous service with all guests, clients, agents and suppliers. You will greet guests and assist them fully, checking in, checking out, making reservations and interacting with guests to the highest of standards.
- You will accommodate all guest requests in a timely fashion and actively seek opportunities to build rapport with guests in order to create a memorable experience.
- You will take responsibility for a variety of front office tasks, ensuring that Ovolo standards are consistently delivered.
- This position is applicable for Indonesia Citizen
- You will have minimum 1 year experience in a Hotel sales role or similar
- Fluently Speaking Korean or Mandarin
- Opera PMS and Delphi CRM experience essential
- Interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills & attention to detail a must
- AMAZING personality with a natural ability to build rapport and build great relationships
- This position is applicable for the Indonesian citizen only
