Responsibility
- Plan and develop company policies and human resource management and general affair (HRGA) systems, in order to ensure it align and support to company business operations and business need.
- To coordinate and control the implementation of HR company policy and improve if necessary.
- Manage and improve recruitment process and lead-time. Ensure right man in the right place.
- Manage, analyse and proposing the improvement of remuneration system to be externally competitive and internally fair.
- Manage and provide employee training, development, and initiate to find a new talent and succession plan and manage annual interview for the company.
- Manage and control employee benefits, medical and health, pension data.
- Manage and maintain internal and external relationship, provide employee satisfaction survey.
- Maintain, manage, update and control company legal and operational licenses, make any necessary action for renewal and/or additional licenses process if required in order to comply with Government regulation.
- Manage, control and administered company building, assets and public liability insurance.
- Set up and maintain HRGA KPI
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and government regulatory standards.
- Good understanding of HR Guidebook and Indonesian Labor Law

- Bachelor's degree, preferable in Law or Psychology.
- A minimum of 8 years proven experience in similar role.

As a foreign language for this position, good command in English is essential.
Location & Traveling
Positon based in Jakarta with regular traveling all company site operations around Indonesia.
