Requirements
At Cadmus, we’re doing a lot of great work rapidly to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about helping us achieve business goals through efficient and effective solutions that align with our overall business strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, our Senior Business Analyst will:
- Understand and identify opportunities for improving our business needs.
- Collect, analyse, and document requirements for new systems, processes, or projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify and prioritise requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems.
- Stay up to date with industry and sector news and best practices.
- Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent from a top University.
- You have 5+ years of experience working in the field of Technology or Education-Technology at a leading global technology provider, unicorn or startup.
- Technical tools: you have experience working with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, QuickSight or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse complex information, identify patterns and trends, and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent English communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify and prioritise requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions to address them.
- Project management skills with an ability to manage projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met.
- Attention to detail with an ability to document requirements and processes accurately.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and trends with an ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Business acumen with an ability to understand business principles and apply them to your work.

Hiring Process

Our interview process consists of a video interview, a hiring manager interview, a homework task and a panel interview. These will be completed online (via Zoom).
