You will be reporting directly to our CEO and Founder, and will be in charge of driving the most strategic growth initiatives, playing a central role in shaping the company future growth trajectory.
You will be in charge of getting new key initiatives up and running, building the teams around them, and scale them to full-fledged Business Units.
All the while, working on some of the most innovative and impactful initiatives in the broader education technology space.

Requirements
What would the best profile look:
- Ability to thrive under uncertainty: in the initial 0 to 1 phase, you won't have perfect information and a lot of decisions will need to be iterative with constant adjustments. We are looking for someone that is able to embrace and thrive in such environment. Big bonus for previous experience in building a company, business unit or function from 0.
- Ability to get things done: in each project you will be starting on your own, study the market, start executing and only after start building a team and delegating. You will need to enjoy getting your hands dirty throughout the whole process and display an extreme sense of ownership
- High level strategic thinking: to succeed in the role you will need to combine a deep understanding of the broader market dynamics together with our team dynamics and strongest internal assets
- Structured and analytical, with the ability of keeping the big picture in mind: the scope of work will be multi-functional and very broad. You will need to breakdown complex information into smaller parts, prioritizing what is important and optimizing for it (80:20 rule)
