Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirements
- Provide product training to users
- Provide consultancy for a client about best practice Accounting Software
- Maintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.
- Support and provide solutions to clients' issues
- Gather client's information and implement them to the system
- Assist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features
- Regularly report to the manager about client's needs and problems
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or equivalent
- Required skills: accounting. Having knowledge in tax is a plus
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
- Fast learner and independent
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Able to work under pressure
