Job Description Global Entrepreneurship Program Indonesia (GEPI) is looking for Operations Officer to join our small but driven team in further empowering early-stage startups!
Founded in 2011, GEPI (Global Entrepreneurship Program Indonesia) is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to strengthen Indonesia's entrepreneurship ecosystem as key to improving the country's economy and quality of life of its people. Responsibility:
- Assist Head of Operations
- Ensure all transactions are accurately entered into the accounting system
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and petty cash
- Prepare annual budget and monitor the budget
- Prepare monthly money request and monthly financial statement
- Prepare invoice to customer and process the payment to vendor/supplier
- Monitor account receivables and account payables
- Documentation of financial, accounting and tax documents
- Process, pay and report monthly and annual taxes
- Female preferred, maximum age of 25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
- Min. of 2 years experience in the same field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ready to work immediately in South Jakarta area
- Good understanding about Finance, Accounting and Tax
- Tax Brevet A & B certificate will be an advantage
- Good understanding about Zahir Accounting system will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English (spoken/written English)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to do finance administration process/procedures
- Good in administrative work and details
- Shall be self motivated, honest, highly dedicated, has initiative, good time management, good health, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant personality and can work in a team
