- Reporting and Documenting (Raw data)
- Follow up, monitor, and execute request or change from clients (internal/commercial/stakeholders) and/or internal team
- Build data processing tools to provide client database, report, and dashboard
- Accountable for executing, process and technology with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal SLAs
- Identify problems; determine root cause as well as short- and long-term resolutions
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies
- Support commercial team with excellent service
- Coordination and aligning with other stakeholder of input, process, and output
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics / Computer Science / Mathematics or any relevant subjects
- 1 year (minimum) - 2 years' experience in retail / operational areas are welcome
- Proactive, Detail oriented, passionate in data
- Active learning, eager to learn, willing to master the skills.
- Excel (mandatory), SQL & Tableau (must), Python (advantage)
