Job Description
This role will be part of the People Operations Team and is in charge of the full spectrum HR business partnership and HR Operations support to the business, as well as managing the day-to-day implementation of all HR initiatives and policies. Implement the actions including recruiting, as well as other actions. This includes understanding business needs and translating into HR solutions with following major procedures.
What you’ll do:
- Operational excellence and strategic direction of the People function including, processing payroll, policies creation, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management and industrial relations.
- Driving and executing People programs and initiatives according to business objectives.
- Facilitating solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the Management team.
- Leading the team to recruit and select the quality candidates within the timeline and budget.
- Leading and ensuring proper communication, full compliance, and proper process to balance both business and employee needs.
- Managing the employee and company relations including, addressing employees concerns, working with local authority, and being well informed of related legislations and market trends.
- At least 4 years of experience in an HR operations experience role in a Tech or similar industry
- Degree in HR, Business Administration or Management preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in at least 3 or more of the following areas, particularly Employee Relations, Recruitment and Total Rewards including Payroll Processing.
- Experience and solid understanding in working in a diverse and global organisation, leveraging on existing resources in delivering services
- Highly adaptable, resourceful & creative
- Able to organise and prioritise work effectively with minimal guidance
- Ideally, data driven and analytical
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written
- A cheerful, positive, empathic and curious personality
