- Managing sell-in and sell-out to deliver planned profitable growth
- Handling GT channel and ensuring that deployment and execution of all strategies are delivered
- Ensuring that performance of distributors are aligned with the planned P&L
- Taking corrective actions when needed to ensure that all strategies are aligned with the goals
- Accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff
- Providing insights for new business opportunities and leading the team to execute strategies
- Establishing strong connections with potential/existing stakeholders to create value
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of commercial working experience in Wood Paints industry.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience handling a team
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience handling distributor accounts (Distributor Management)
- Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
