- Identify, drive, & implement market-based growth opportunities for assigned customers in the General Trade (GT) channel
- Identify customer needs & support business development and sales team in line with business strategy
- Develop and implement marketing programs for customers
- Implement the marketing concept to establish a strong brand presence in the market
This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Other key requirements include:
- A minimum 3 years of working experience in brand management and/or marketing for the General Trade (GT) channel in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge or experience of trade marketing would be a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
