- Develop, implement, and monitor effective communication strategies that will strengthen brand awareness, trust, and credibility for the group and across our various business units and geographies.
- By working closely with the leadership team, develop brand narratives, maintain brand integrity and ensure consistent delivery of key messages to all internal and external audiences (including prospective employees).
- Lead the team to create internal and external communications materials including press release, press kits, talking points, newsletter, FAQ, and other marketing communication collaterals.
- Supervise content and design team to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
- Manage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders.
- Track engagement across various platforms and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Respond to complaints, potential crises and communication-related issues in a timely manner.
- Create a budget for the communications team and ensure compliance.
- 8+ years prior experience working in communications role with 3+ years prior experience in leading a team.
- Proven success designing and executing communications strategies and campaigns (internal and external).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to think analytically and strategically.
- Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills (English and Bahasa)
