About this role
As a Project Control, you will have to provide support for a major multi-disciplined transport infrastructure project and ongoing support to the Indonesia Geography Leader. Project establishment including document management systems, work breakdown structures, financial and physical progress tracking, and reporting. Be in touch with ongoing project progress financial tracking and reporting. You will be involved in design to help improve various project controls functions that includes pricing, project, tracking, resourcing and change management as well as assisting with commercial risk assessments of projects.
What will I do?
- Assist the Geography Commercial Lead (and Geography Leader) in driving operational improvement and efficiency
- Assist and work closely with Bid Managers on bid resource allocation and bid budget issues
- Support Bids in terms of price, program and scope preparation
- Assist in projects set up, including document management systems, work breakdown structures, and financial and physical progress tracking and reporting
- Provide ongoing project controls to support projects, commercial reviews and prepare commercial reports
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial/engineering
- Familiarity with the design aspects of infrastructure construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Project. Preferable to have primavera P6 working knowledge / experience (but not essential)
- Strong commercial, analytical skills, attention to detail with effective interpersonal skills and experienced in handling contractual matters aptitude.
- English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking, presentational and writing skills
