A well-established trading multinational company based in Jakarta is seeking a Finance Assistant Manager to join their Team. In this job you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting function of the company including but not limited to GL, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysing financial statement. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in finance within the industry.
About the Finance Assistant Manager Role:
As the Finance Assistant Manager, you will report to the Finance Manager and provide monthly financial statements and analysis. This includes month-end closing reporting (end-to-end accounting), financial analysis, and process management. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accuracy in daily routine work by overseeing and review Finance Team (Outsource company)
- Produce reports related to Budget Fund, Account Payable and realisation
- Develop efficiency and stability work in the finance field by utilising digital technology
- Support strengthening of current internal controls and process improvements
- Maintain good relationships with the bank and get updates for bank product for daily operation activities
Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Accurate, diligent, responsibility and has good initiative
- Able to work independently as well as working together as a team
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong work relationships
- Ability to stick to time constraints
