The APAC Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24 months programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. Who can apply?
To be considered for the placement, you will:
- Apply as a recent graduate, final year undergraduate, or master’s student in any discipline;
- Possess GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline;
- Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage); and
- Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven thinking, with commercial awareness and a keen interest in latest finance topics as well as market trends.
Induction
You will be provided with a comprehensive induction, where you will be immersed in group training and discover more about the BNP Paribas Group.
Training
From day one, you will start your business specific technical and financial training, alongside personal skills development aimed at equipping you with the knowledge you need to get you the best possible start in your career. Working alongside our teams of industry leading specialists, you will gain on-the-job training throughout your two-year programme taking you along a development path to build your expertise and broaden your base of skills. You will also have the chance to experience other parts of the business through cross-entity projects, which will help you understand how we approach complex work and give you the chance to develop a strong internal network.
Mentor & Buddy
Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by experienced managers and team members, as well as pairing with a buddy from our early career cohorts who will make sure you are getting everything you need to grow.
What you will do?
- Perform coordination with each Director and Department Head to provide Business Plan content and ensure the Business Plan is completed and submitted to government bodies timely.
- Prepare Territory Revenue monthly report with breakdowns analysis for the management.

All mandatory Committee meetings (Audit, Risk Monitoring, Risk management, Remuneration & Nomination, IRM-ICG, etc.) are conducted according to the required schedule, chase the responsible people if needed and escalate to President Director/COO in case of issues. * Support in managing the Credit Committee meetings, including the coordination with CTCM, RM, and CCC for the meeting materials, taking of minutes and obtain validation from President Director and Risk Director. Ensure the minutes are well documented and circulated to meeting participants timely.
- Responsible to perform local NAC/ TAC, including coordination with Business and respective departments for the meeting materials, meeting arrangement and taking of minutes. Ensure the NAC/ TAC documents are well documented and circulated to meeting participants timely.
- Assist the Deputy of CEO in formalizing the strategy and action plan of the Bank locally and as part of BNPP global strategy (e.g. CIB of Tomorrow global initiative).
- Assist Deputy of CEO in strategic project execution.
- Lead or support other specific projects requested by Deputy of CEO on a case-by-case basis (e.g. budget process, reorganization / re-engineering, presentation deck for meetings, etc).
